- Individual Fundamentals: Dynamics Stretch, Athletic Development, Hitting, Throwing, Defense, Pitching, Catching, Infield, Outfield, Base-running, Arm Care.
- Team Fundamentals: Cuts & Relay, Fly Ball Communication, Run Downs & Simulated Games.
WHEN: (6 Workouts 6 weeks) Monday 6:00-8:30
